Reservation referer code

Reservation referer codes are great way to track results for campaigns, partner campaigns and other marketing activities. Referer code can be added to calendar or event URL as ref parameter.

Step 1 - Get calendar share address in calendar share settings.

Step 2 - add referer to calendar URL like this ?ref=facebook-23jan (for example, facebook-23jan is our marketing campaign referer code)

Full URL would look like https://clients.bookigen.com/Y5rdM8/s/bM4dwM?ref=facebook-23jan

Referer code can contain letters and digits and dash symbol. You can add referer also to specific event URLs.

Step 3 - Publish your URL in campaign materials or give to your marketing partners.

Referer code (if there is any for reservation) can be seen in administration programm reservations list as well as include in reservation export data (see Export section in http://app.bookigen.com/export.
